I had the absolute best experience at this bird pet shop! From the moment I walked in, the environment was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. The staff were incredibly professional and extremely informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. The birds were absolutely beautiful and clearly very healthy. You can tell they are well cared for, very tame, and handled with love and attention. It was amazing to see how comfortable and social the birds were. Overall, this was truly the best experience I could have asked for. If you’re looking for a place with knowledgeable staff and well-cared-for birds, I highly recommend this shop!

You guys should really visit Kimberlys pet shop! They have amazing birds to choose from. The owners are super nice and know their stuff when it comes to birds. Thank you again for everything guys. My daughter found the bird she wanted that best fits her family ♥️

Just adopted this gorgeous girl luna. AFter losing my amazon parrot 20 years ago, im finally ready to have another feathered friend... what a lovely girl, we are all happy!! Luna is adjusting to her new home and maybe someday well add a toucan or macaw 😆 to our new flock. I went in not quite sure what to get, Luna was an easy sell lol. We will be back again for sure if ever adding another to our new flock. Thank you ❤️😊

I had such a wonderful experience at Kimberly’s Pet Shop! I recently purchased a Sun Conure, and Yami, the owner, was absolutely amazing. She took her time educating me, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt confident bringing my baby home. You can truly tell she cares about the birds and their well being. The store is very clean and well maintained, and the birds are beautiful and clearly well cared for. I highly recommend Kimberly’s Pet Shop if you’re looking for a healthy, well socialized bird and knowledgeable support!

We love to come visit here when we are on vacation. They have so many beautiful birds to look at! We eventually end up getting a female eclectus. She is so sweet as can be! Best purchase we ever made. Shipping was very convenient and fast. Definitely recommend her birds!

After seeing tons of advertisements and being on the lookout for a bigger parrot, I knew it was finally time to stop in, if you have been to every Bird store and are looking for bigger birds, this is the go to spa. They have birds of all sizes as well as the big ones wide variety in constant selection. Makes this a go to spot on your bird hunt. The people they are very knowledgeable if you ask questions and they make it a very quick and easy process we’ll definitely be returning.

Hi guys! We just came to visit Kimberly’s Pet Shop! The owners here are super helpful and friendly. The moment me and my husband walked into the store they were super knowledgeable about all their birds. They even showed us the other birds they have in the back of their store. However, we eventually found a beautiful rare bird that chose us to be its new owners. We are super pleased with our visit. We love and adore Charlotte 🦜 so much already. Also all their birds are well trained and healthy as well. We had a long drive but it was hella worth the two hour drive from our home town in Fort Myers, FL. I would definitely recommend this pet shop to everyone! They even gave my son a bottled juice and some snacks to calm him down. Because he was hungry and tired from the drive. Thank you guys again for everything. We will definitely be back for sure! ☺️🩷

Kimberly’s Pet Shop is hands down one of the best exotic pet shops I’ve visited in Florida. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about their animals and customers. The store is very clean, organized, and welcoming, and all of the birds looked healthy, active, and well cared for. What really stood out to me was the customer service and knowledge they provide. They take the time to answer questions, explain proper care, and help you feel comfortable whether you are a first-time bird owner or someone experienced with exotic pets. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and not just trying to make a sale. Their selection of exotic birds, cages, toys, food, and accessories is impressive, and their prices are very fair compared to many other pet shops. It’s hard to find a local family-owned business that still provides this level of honesty, professionalism, and personal attention. I especially appreciated how patient and helpful they were throughout the entire experience. They made sure I understood everything needed to properly care for my bird and made me feel confident with my purchase. If you are looking for healthy exotic birds, quality supplies, and people who truly care about animals, I highly recommend Kimberly’s Pet Shop. My family and I had the best experience at Kimberly's pet shop. They were so kind and patient with all our questions and especially with my little one that was super excited. We went looking for love birds and ended getting a cockatoo, cage, food, and two more birds. The pricing are so fair and they have a big variety of birds. Coco is now part of our family. It was a blessing to find such an amazing place that truly knows how treat their customers.

I purchased three healthy, beautiful parakeets, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Her and her husband was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions.They genuinely cares about their birds and makes sure they go to loving homes. I also really appreciated that they offered wing clipping if desired. Prices are unbeatable!!! Not to mention a wide variety of birds parrots, cockatoos, and etc. I highly recommend Kimberly’s Pet Shop to anyone looking for healthy birds and exceptional customer service.
